The invention discloses an in situ cast-in-situ method of a crane beam for a large ground workshop of a hydropower station. On the basis of upstream and downstream side walls of the workshop, a pouring frame-bent scaffold is built between crane columns, and is intensified to be used as a bearing scaffold of the crane beam after the crane columns are cast and the upper row of columns are cast over 3m in height; the crane beam is cast in situ at the design position in a formwork erection manner; an embedded part of the crane beam, embedded parts on the crane columns and embedded parts between the upper row of columns are welded and fixed so as to form the crane beam after concrete of the crane beam achieves the design strength and shrinkage and creep of the concrete are basically stable. By adopting the in situ cast-in-situ method, the traditional links such as prefabricating, transferring, hoisting and the like inside a factory for prefabrication are omitted; stress of the prefabricated crane beam structure is not affected; According to the in situ cast-in-situ method, safety, reliability,, simplcity and feasibility are achieved, and the expense is low.
