The device comprises an input module, a bus gateway, a main control unit and an output module, wherein the input module is used for collecting an input signal and is used for sending the input signal to the bus gateway through a CAN (controller area network) bus; the bus gateway is connected with the input module through the CAN bus, is used for receiving the input signal sent by the input module and switching the input signal, and can send the switched input signal to the main control unit through an MVB( wire train bus), is used for generating a first control instruction according to the input signal, and can send the first control instruction to the output module through the bus gateway; and the output module is connected with the bus gateway through the CAN bus, is used for converting the first control instruction into the control signal so as to control first controlled equipment on an engine. The device can combine the MVB and CAN bus, and the controlling function of the engine is completed.
