TRIASSIC CONODONTS FROM ZHUGANPO AND “WAYAO” FORMATIONS OF GUANLING, SOUTHWEST CHINA

Triassic conodonts were reported from Zhuganpo and “Wayao” formations, in Guanling area, Guizhou, Southwest China. The conodont fauna is characterized by the late Carnian Neogondolella polygnathiformis. Many infancy specimens of N. polygnathiformis (Budurov and Stefanov) have been found, it provides a good opportunity to study the ontogeny of this species. Two new species, Celsigondolella baiyunensis sp.nov., Neogondolella parafoliata sp.nov.,and a new unnamed species , are described.
