QVGA급 LDI용 그래픽 메모리부 설계

In this paper, we present a design of graphic memory block for QVGA-scale LCD Driver IC. The graphic memory block contains graphic memory, power circuit and collision protection circuit. The memory is designed using 1T-RAM type with a distributor block and array cell partitioned by word line. The collision protection circuit handles effective signals such as read, write, refresh and line-read signals. The power circuit supplies reliably power for inner part of memory. It has been designed in transistor level using 0.18㎛ CMOS technology and verified using Hspice.
