The set up i s 5imilar to a modified Young's double slit cxperiment where a single photon has two possible paths to a point in rpacc. When the phoran probability amplitudes for both paths are simultancousl) nonz.cro at some crossing point. an interference pattern. a single photon self intcrfcrence. can be cnvisaged thcre.
