Application and Development of the Hydrodynamic Performance for Turbine Drill

Turbine drill is a key drilling tool to development the super-deep well and HTHP well.The feature of turbine blade profile is a key factor on the design and analysis of hydrodynamic performances.The development status of hydrodynamic performance on turbine drill was studied in the paper.The design theoretical methods,model,computer simulation,and experimental methods were also analyzed and compared deeply.The combination of theoretical analysis,computer-aided design and experimental testify was an effective methods to study the hydrodynamic performance of turbine drill.The main problem and development trend of the hydrodynamic components of turbine drill were also discussed.
