BPO Tool 비교 · 분석을 통한 국내 건축물 에너지 효율화 지원프로그램 개발 방안 도출

With the increasing needs for energy efficiency throughout the new existing buildings, various energy conservation measures(ECM) and energy efficiency measures(EEM) are applied when designing, retrofitting, remodeling the buildings. Building performance optimization(BPO) tools assess and analyse these building energy efficiency alternatives to derive the best alternative by standardized methodology. In Korea, the official energy performance assessment programs has been already developed and used. But BPO tool is not been developed linked with economic and energy performance assessment algorithms about alternatives. In this study, foreign BPO tools were reviewed and categorized. Based on the comparative analysis of framework and methodology, development plan was suggested for the building energy efficiency support program in Korea.
