Implementation method and device for redundant arrays of independent disks

The invention discloses an implementation method and device for redundant arrays of independent disks and relates to the technical field of computers. The implementation method and device aim at solving the problem that in the prior art, redundant space used for storing verification data is large. The method is applied to a solid-state disk which comprises at least two data channels, and each data channel comprises at least two storage units. The method includes the steps that at least two target data pre-stored in each data channel are obtained for the data channel and pre-stored in the target storage units of the data channel; according to the obtained at least two target data, one verification datum is determined, and the size of the verification datum is equal to that of one target storage unit. The method and device are mainly applied to the data storage process.
