A robust control approach for the formation flying of multiple spacecraft

We present a disturbance rejection mechanism for the formation flying of multiple spacecraft based on a robust control approach in terms of an H<sub>∞</sub> control problem. The corresponding H<sub>∞</sub> control problem is then solved numerically using linear matrix inequalities.
