Analiza procesa sagorevanja ugljenog praha u letu u ložištu parnog kotla sa predlogom mera za poboljšanje energetske efikasnosti

The results of analysis of pulverized coal combustion process in the steam boiler, with maximum production capacity of 70 t/h, are presents in the paper. The analysis, which was conducted in Toplana Vreoci (Lazarevac, Serbia), included measurement of process parameters on the steam boiler in four typical operating modes, visualization of combustion process using camera with thermal imaging sensor and adjustment of the dampers on the channels for combustion air and pulverized coal distribution. Based on the results of analysis, several organizational and technical measures to improve the energy efficiency of the steam boiler are proposed in the paper. All the proposed measures are evaluated with regard to a possible reduction in the consumption of coal and carbon dioxide emissions.
