Statistic and Analysis of Assistant Referee’s Offside Sanctions in the 17th World Cup

Using statistical and video recording, the author analyzes the offside in the 17th World Cup. The analysis includes the offside area, regulation of foul form and the reason of error and missed sanctions. The assistant referee should enhance the ability of offside sanctions through strengthening the ability of choosing position, improving psychological quality and enhancing resolution.
