The invention discloses a cytology experimental platform capable of working independently and automatically regulating a cell culture environment. The platform is characterized by comprising a cell culture environment self-regulating system, a quasi-open cell culture system, a multi-parameter monitoring system and a cell culture area, etc. The cell culture environment self-regulating system comprises a gas ingredient control system and a temperature control system. The quasi-open cell culture system is a cell culture system supported by a semi-permeable membrane technology and comprises a special cell culture bottle, a sample support, a semi-permeable membrane and a sealing cover and the like. The sample support is built in the cell culture bottle. The semi-permeable membrane is fixed at the inner side of the sealing cover. The multi-parameter monitoring system consists of a micro-processor, an A/D converter, a D/A converter, a parameter controller and a parameter sensor. The platformis remarkably characterized by having the ability to work independently, can be applied to simulation research on ground cytology microgravity effect, can automatically regulate the cell culture environment and ensure the normal growth of the cell.
