Design and realization of inductive centre sensing system

To find a solution for the metal strip deviation problem in actual production,an inductive detecting device,inductive centre sensing system is introduced.The output signal of measurement conversion module of general inductive sensor is analog signal,and the system requires external AC power,which is inconvenient.Starting from the basic principles of the inductive sensor,the system architecture is designed.The design and realization of the hardware interface circuit and MCU program are completed.Experiments show that the system can achieve precision which is prior to ±0.2 mm.
