휘도계를 이용한 광고조명의 휘도 측정 시 오차 검토

The outdoor lighting has made our living environment safe and active. But the spilt light from the outdoor lighting has caused health problem like the failure to thrive, nearsightedness, sleeplessness, depression. Also, the spilt light from the outdoor lighting has caused the various environmental problem like a light trespass in residential area. So, the ministry of environment has tried to manage the light pollution caused by lightings through the law of the light pollution prevention. But the measuring method of the light pollution is not yet established. So, in this paper, we survey the measurement errors of the luminance meter according to the measurement conditions and the measurement environment.
