한옥 처마에 의한 Shading Factor 계산 방법에 관한 연구

With developing New-Hanok which is the modern Hanok adding functionality to traditional one, it is very important to analyze Hanok’s eaves because the eaves represents the Koera’s architectural beauty and at the same time which served as a shade to the building, However, the quantitative analysis of performance of eaves have not been conducted. Performance of shade can be represented as the Shading Factor, but for Hanok eaves shadow shape appears complex due to the eaves curves and the tile placed on the end of the eaves. Therefore, this paper is proposing the efficient calculation method for Shading Factor by Hanok eaves.
