Design of Motor Control System Based on Embedded Single-chip

The control mode of DC motor has important influence on motor working state and running stability.In order to improve the performance of DC motor control,this paper took the embedded single chip as the core processor,discussed and analyzed the application of SCM in DC motor control,and the design of hardware and embedded software control function based on the dsPIC20F was pointed out in detail.All this work is of reference value for developing further the control system with high speed and real-time function.The running test,showed that this control system simplified the circuit design,decreased the development time and cost,enhanced the stability,antijamming capability and operating speed,at the same time,it can satisfy different needs after changing the software,also be fully used for motor and transformer protection,Frequency-Converted System control and so on.
