Design and implementation of weather service information system

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of meteorological information service,combining with the needs of users and the problems of current weather information dissemination platform,such as a lack of interaction between user and system,the single display of information,etc.,the paper designed a series of methods which are fit for meteorological operation,and achieved the meteorological service information platform based on Flex and WebGIS.The platform used Flex for the overall building of the platform,SuperMap IServer Java6 Rprovided by SuperMap as the service of WebGIS for second development,and Java for the operation of the database.Based on these technology,it constructed a meteorological services information publishing platform with rich performance,fast response and timely information.
