DC Side Oscillation Suppression Strategy of Metro Traction Converter Based on Indirect Vector Control

Asynchronous motor traction variable frequency transmission system has been widely used in the industrial and transportation track industry. Vector control has become the mainstream of AC speed control due to good control performance. However, in such a system, due to the instability of the DC side negative impedance, the system damping is reduced, and the DC side LC filter is prone to oscillation, which affects the stability and normal operation of the variable frequency drive system. In this paper, without increasing the hardware circuit, the control strategy is used to improve the system characteristics and suppress the occurrence of the oscillation phenomenon. The effectiveness of the oscillation suppression strategy is proved by simulation and implementation.
