Static current circuit

The constant current circuit includes a bias transistor section, an auxiliary reference current section, a variable mirror transistor section and a compensation section. The bias transistor portion provides a bias voltage based on the reference current, and the auxiliary reference current portion provides an auxiliary reference current corresponding to the first gain of the reference current to the sensing node in response to the compensation period activation signal. The variable mirror transistor section provides the mirror node current including the mirror current and the mirror compensation current to the sensing node based on the bias voltage and the compensation code. The compensation unit compares the sensing voltage corresponding to the voltage of the sensing node with the reference voltage to generate a compensation code and activates the compensation period activation signal.
