Maturity assessment model of smart grid project

From the point of view of project maturity, this paper builds the maturity assessment model of smart grid project. Based on the general rules of the smart grid project, the assessment model evaluates smart grid project comprehensively, including technical maturity of key technology of the project, project policy and environment, project management level and project business model. In this paper, the project maturity assessment system is built, with the joining between technical maturity and the project maturity, where the technical maturity of the key technology project is one of the first grade indexes of the project maturity. This paper uses sequence relations method to assess the indexes of the project maturity, and analyze the influence on the project maturity brought by the uncertainty of bottom evaluating index, by using Gram-Charlier expansion. Then this paper analyzes the uncertainty of the result. Finally the national wind-photovoltaic-energy storing pilot project verifies the effectiveness and the rationality of the proposed evaluation model.
