Intracellular molecular processes have been modeled and simulated on computational platforms [2, 3]. Already some attempts have been started for larger scale simulations such as human disease [5] and rice in silico models even at the level of the whole organism [1]. As for a computer program, the larger a target system becomes, the more a simulation program for the system becomes complicated. Therefore, a development scheme is required to obtain reliable large-scale biosimulation programs and should be investigated from engineering viewpoints. In this study, a development scheme of biosimulator based on assemblies of component models is proposed. Further, a eukaryotic cell cycle model [4] was programmed using MATLAB [6] and applied to Dictyostelium discoideum, and investigated.
