According to an embodiment of the present invention, an instrument system for a vehicle comprises: a sensor unit sensing status of a vehicle and outputting a status value indicating the status of the vehicle; an output device visually indicating the status value; and a control unit detecting degree of change of the status value and controlling intervals that the output device indicates the status value based on the degree of the change of the status value.
