INDUCTION OF HAPLOID PLANTS FROM POLLEN GRAINS OF BRASSICA

Haploid plants of Brassica oleracea were obtained from haploid callus tissues derived from nearly mature anthers by the excised culture method. Cell clusters formed from matured pollen grains released from dehisced anthers.
