Disclosed are an interference alignment method for uplink in a wireless local area network system, an access point and a user terminal for performing the same. The access point selects an interference space and can broadcast information about the selected interference space. The access point can select the user terminal to be assigned a data transmission opportunity based on interference leakage information which is received from at least one user terminal. The access point can decode data received from the user terminal by using a reception filter based on a minimum mean square error (MMSE) when the data is received from the user terminal.
