The role of culture in information technology diffusion in organizations

Internal factors that influence information technology adoption in organizations include organizational size, centralization, formalization, and organizational culture. Organizational culture can play a crucial role in the investment or adoption of information technology and the subsequent diffusion of technology within the organization. This paper investigates the role of organizational culture in information technology diffusion.
