Data Acquisition Equipment for the Rotor Position Self-sensing with High Frequency Signal Injection Method

A data acquisition equipment for the rotor position self-sensing with high frequency signal injection method is designed and realized.F2812 produces PWM, simultaneously, generates fluctuating high frequency signal which is inject into the motor. The waves are filtrated by the Max274 band filter and the lowpass which is designed by OPA2132, and the voltage is gathered by ADS8364 A/D converter. The signal is sent to F2812 with interrupt communication model. The experimental result shows that the equipment can meet the demand of the time limit and the data is precision.
