Synthesis of Triazole and Coumarin Compounds and Their Physiological Activity

Seventy three coumarinc derivatives were synthesized. The structures of these obtained products wereproved on the basis of spectral and analytical data. A comparative pharmacological study showed thatthese compounds have different anticoagulant and antiinflammatory activities. The most prospective compoundsare with enhance activity.
