暂无分享,去创建一个
Abstract Through the use of videotaping and post-conferencing via a telecommunication link, initially certified (1st year) teachers (ICTs) are assisted by a support team composed of both a site-based mentor and a remotely sited university professor. The authors discuss the rationale and objectives behind the project, the details and results of its implementation, and conclude with a brief evaluation of the project's success and its potential impact upon the supervision of preservice and inservice teaching populations.
