The invention discloses a pipeline monitoring method based on distributed fiber sensors and acoustic wave. The method includes the steps of laying distributed fiber sensors in a pipeline monitoring area, installing acoustic sensor units at two ends of a pipeline or on the pipeline section by section, and monitoring the pipeline in real time with both the distributed fiber sensors and the acoustic sensor units; providing optical power detection modules for the distributed fiber sensors, and providing an acoustical signal receiving and processing device for the acoustic sensor units; in case of leakage of the pipeline, judging the condition by making comprehensive use of leakage signals detected by the distributed fiber sensors and leakage signals detected by the acoustic sensor units. The pipeline monitoring method based on the distributed fiber sensors and acoustic wave has the advantages that the distributed fiber sensing technique and the acoustic detection technique are combined and are mutually complementary, false alarm rate is reduced, and positioning precision is improved.
