Analysis and Thinking of Present Situation Investigation on Master Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges

Selection of master teacher in higher vocational colleges promotes the development of higher education,and it plays an important role in improving Educational Quality.Based on analysis of present situation investigation on master teacher,the author finds that concealment problems existing in selection of master teacher in higher vocational colleges.According to the problems,suggestions which can be referenced is given to provide an portion slender power construction of master teacher in higher vocational colleges and further improve the teachers' overall quality and high quality talents' cultivation.
