Development of Cold-drawn Seamless Steel Tube of 10Cr9Mo1VNb Steel for High Pressure Boiler

The development of large scale steam electric powder line makes greater technical demands on the choice and application of the main material for the high pressure boiler.Steel 10Cr9Mo1VNb can be applied in the production of the tube of superheater and reheater for subscritical natural circulation high pressure boiler of 300MW and 600MW steam electric power line for its characteristics.As a ferritic steel,it can avoid the difficulty of welding and failure of welding joint.At 600~625℃,it can supplant G102 steel and partial TP304H steel of 19Cr 9Ni.The steel has become the first choice for supercritical pressure boiler for its strong adaptability and wide use.
