3 – Stability of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)

Chemical and physical degradation pathways for degradation of monoclonal antibodies are reviewed. Emphasis has been placed on understanding the basic chemical and physical degradation route mechanisms to enable a rationale approach for formulation development.
