Calculation Model on Cable Tension in Process of Pumping Down Combination Pipe Strings of Perforation and Fracture Plug in Horizontal Well

Based on the technical feature of pumping down combination pipe strings in tight oil reservoir,the mechanical model of cable conveyed perforation and fracture plug is developed.In the model,well track and structure of combination pipe strings were taken into account.According to mechanical balance principle and mass conservation,the calculation model on cable tension in the process of pump down is established.By the case study,the curves of cable tension along the depth of well are plotted,and the influences of deviation angle,pump rate and running velocity are researched to study the controlling method of cable tension.The results show that deviation angle,pump rate and running velocity are key parameters for controlling cable tension,and coordination control of pump rate and running velocity is important for keeping reasonable cable tension and protecting the safety of cable.
