Method for real-time on-line monitoring of in-place state of switch machine

The invention discloses a method for real-time on-line monitoring of the in-place state of a switch machine. The method comprises the following steps of enabling a video camera, an image processing plate and network transmitting equipment to be mounted at the position of a gap of the switch machine; calibrating the mounted video camera; after each movement of the switch machine, performing algorithm processing on acquired gap images of the switch machine by an image collection plate card; combining with calibration value of the video camera, calculating the actual position after each movement of the switch machine, and transferring the actual positions to an operation terminal by the network transmission equipment; and then monitoring whether the switch machine is normally in place, and judging whether a warning signal is sent or not. According to the method for real-time on-line monitoring of the in-place state of the switch machine based on mode recognition disclosed by the invention, the working condition of the switch machine can be stably and reliably monitored in real time, and the operation safety of railways is improved.
