Analysis of discrete wavelet transform algorithm and its general implementation for programming

For the application software development of wavelet transform(WT),some key steps and techniques for programming are introduced based on Mallat algorithm analysis and descriptions.Many data are employed to check the proposed algorithm programmed by the language of Delphi.The interval and final results shows no differences from the outputs produced by WT programs with the Matlab wavelet toolbox.The main algorithms are written as sub-functions that are helpful for the researchers to convert their achievements in Matlab to other computer languages and construct the WT software for specialized application independently.
