Software Design and Implementation of Host Computer in ZJ19 Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination

Aiming at the problems of complex structure and frequent faults existing in new ZJ19 cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the host computer software was designed to carry out machine status monitoring, fault diagnosis and recording, control parameter setting, system functional configuration, etc. The software was developed with Measurement Studio for Visual C++ 6.0, a NI development tool with virtual instrument solutions. The real_time communication between host computer and PLC was implemented by multithread technology and Prodave S7 software package. This host computer software featured friendly interface, powerful data acquisition and processing ability, and effective monitoring of the machine combination running.
