Characterization of sub-THz and mmwave propagation channel for indoor scenarios

This paper presents a radio channel characterization in the frequency band 126-156 GHz. Three indoor scenarios have been characterized: a laboratory, a conference room and an office. Double steering of antennas at the transmitting side and at the receiving side has been performed in order to cover the entire angular range from -180° to 180°. The channel model results obtained from the measured data are provided through the path loss and delay spread and are compared with the ones obtained in lower mm-wave bands.
