혁신도시 공공건물의 외피단열성능 비교분석

There is a mandatory requirement for new government office buildings in Korea; the energy consumption of those buildings should be reduced by 40% compared to other non-governmental buildings. They also need to get at least the first grade under Building Energy Efficiency Rating System. Accordingly the Innocity, which is based on growth areas in the wake of the relocation of public institutions aims to have new buildings with 150 kWh/㎡·a or less total primary energy consumption. This study compares building envelope's thermal performance according to the heating energy demand of new government buildings and non-governmental buildings in the Innocity, which were certified as the 1st grade through Building Energy Efficiency Rating System. The government office buildings built in the Innocity have less heating energy demand and total heat flow loss because of the enhanced envelope performance.
