The invention relates to a partial discharge charged detection comprehensive diagnosis method of GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) for electric power, which comprises the following steps of: quickly surveying whether the insulation performance of the running GIS is normal or not by adopting a transient voltage-to-ground test method and in combination with a high-frequency CT (Computed Tomography) matched with a high-speed oscilloscope background noise test method; accurately measuring the abnormal GIS through a ultra-high frequency sensor matched with a high-speed oscilloscope or a portable frequency spectrometer to confirm whether a partial discharge signal of the running equipment exists; diagnosing the discharge part and the discharge defect type of the running equipment by applying an ultrasound partial discharge and ultra-high frequency partial discharge test method; and further confirming the discharge defect of the running equipment by adopting a SF6 decomposition product analysis method for a suspected defect gas chamber and adopting an X-ray perspective irradiation method for a suspected defect part.
