A queue scheduling approach to QoS support in terminal communication access network

As an important bearer communication network for smart power distribution and utilization sever, the terminal communication access network should satisfy the various quality of service (QoS) requirements. And the queue scheduling is one of the key technology in multi-service QoS support. In this paper, a queue scheduling algorithm based on buffer size is proposed to minimize the waiting time of emergency service. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could reduce the delay and packet loss significantly.
