Reformation of boiler flue gas waste heat recovery device for energy saving

The necessity to reform the flue gas waste heat recovery device of the 2 × 200 MW coal-fired unit of Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Plant was expounded.The practical operation result shows that by means of reformation of the flue gas waste heat recovery device,obvious effects in increasing the economic efficiency of the unit,improving the operation safety of the desulphurization system and decreasing the gypsum rain around the chimney were obtained.The economic benefit and the social effect of the reformation are remarkable.
