Evaluation of implementation of enterprise resource planning information system with DeLone and McLean model approach

This study aimed to examine and analyze the variables that influence the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Information Systems at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This study used DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Models (D&M IS Success Model), in which the success of information systems was proxied by user satisfaction. While the variables that influence the success of information system tested in this study were system quality, information quality and service quality. In addition, this study also tested and analyzed the effect of information systems success on the net benefits. This research was causal (conclusive). The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to users of ERP SAP in PT Telkom for 189 people consisting of 116 finance and controlling modules users, 16 of human resources modules users and 57 of materials management module users. Data processing method was performed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) approach by using Smart PLS 3.0 software. In this study, it was identified that the user satisfaction of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) information systems in this model can be explained by the quality system, the quality of information and the service quality by 60.5% in the order from the greatest influence was the quality of information (path 0.361), the system quality (path 0,260) and the last was the variable of service quality (path 0,253). In addition, the net benefits of the implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) information systems, both the benefits for individual's user as well as for the enterprise can be explained by the user satisfaction variable for 61.8%.
