Implantable bioimaging device based on CMOS image sensor technology

Our studies on developing implantable devices based on CMOS image sensor technology are presented and discussed. The design of CMOS chips, packaging, experimental evaluations are described. The issues and difficulties, and future perspective are also discussed.
