A computationally efficient technique for deriving 2-variable VSHP

Abstract In this paper, a method is presented for the generation of 2-variable Very Strictly Hurwitz Polynomial (VSHP) free of any non-essential singularities of the second kind. The proposed technique utilizes the properties of the positive definite and semi-definite matrices along with resistive matrices to avoid calculation of higher order derivatives which are cumbersome.
