Simulation and harmonic analysis of AC excited generator adopting AC-AC frequency converter

In order to enhance the accuracy of AC excited generator simulation,reflect the harmonic situation and study its suppression measure,the AC excited generator adopting AC-AC frequency converter and filter models are built up based on MATLAB Simulink and power system block.Using the simulation models,the harmonic analysis and suppression are researched.The result shows that the AC-AC frequency converter based on MATLAB/power system block can reflect the actual work of the circuit more realistically,the filters to the stator and rotor of AC excited generator can be very effective.
