Research and Test on Double-Crossed Step-Down-Stress Accelerated Life Testing of Pneumatic Cylinder

A Double-Crossed Step-Down-Stress Accelerated Life Testing (DCSDS-ALT) for pneumatic cylinder is designed and carried out in this paper. The paper also discusses the superiority on efficiency of DCSDS-ALT compared with conventional life testing and Twin-Stress Constant Life Testing. The Cumulative Effect Model and GLL-Weibull Model are used in the conversion and analysis of the statistic. The result of the test got satisfied precision, and DCSDS-ALT promotes efficiency significantly. This method has huge potential on development.
