A 2dB NF receiver with 10mA battery current suitable for coexistence applications

A receiver architecture suitable for coexistence applications is presented. The sub 2dB NF receiver addresses the coexistence blocking issues without compromising the performance, achieving comparable NF and blocker tolerance to the state-of-the-art. Implemented in 40nm CMOS, the entire receiver including the VCO and synthesizer drains 10mA of battery current.
