Simulation of Dynamic Property of Three-cylinder Internal Combustion Water Pump

Aiming at the shortcomings of the engine-plunger pump system,a three-cylinder internal combustion water Pump(ICWP)is developed.The working theory of the three-cylinder ICWP is expounded.Its kinematics and dynamics model is set up,and its dynamic property simulation is done.Compared with the engine-plunger pump system,the output pressure of the three-cylinder ICWP increases by 20.67%～87.67%,the output flux has no change,and the virtual power increases by 20.67%～87.67% under full working conditions.
