A windshield cleaning device, a cleaning system thereof, a cleaning method, and a vehicle. The windshield cleaning device comprises: a windshield wiper assembly (10), comprising an ejection channel (11); a main conveying pipe (20), connected to the ejection channel (11) and provided with a booster pump (21); a first liquid storage tank (50), in which a first liquid for cleaning the windshield is stored; a first conveying pipe, communicated with the first liquid storage tank (50) and the main conveying pipe (20); a second liquid storage tank (30), in which a second liquid for enhancing surface adhesion force of the windshield and a third liquid having hydrophobicity are stored; and a second conveying pipe, communicated with the second liquid storage tank (30) and the main conveying pipe (20). The booster pump (21) selectively conveys the first liquid, the second liquid or the third liquid into the ejection channel (11). The windshield cleaning device, the cleaning system thereof and the cleaning method can resolve the problem of affecting sight of a driver when a windshield wiper is used to wipe liquid in the prior art.
