GENERIC LIGHTLIKE SUBMANIFOLDS OF AN INDEFINITE SASAKIAN MANIFOLD

In this paper, we define generic lightlike submanifolds M of an indefinite Sasakian manifold M̄ . We provide several new results on a class of generic lightlike submanifolds of M̄ subject to the conditions: (1) M is totally umbilical, or (2) its screen distribution S(TM) is totally umbilical in M .
